Chelmsford TeleMedia (CTM) is the Community Media Station of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. We help the Chelmsford community create their own, original programming. We also provide live coverage of most municipal meetings. And, we supervise and operate CHSTv, the TV program at Chelmsford High. CTM is an official department of the Town of Chelmsford, MA.
