@AngieB 5 Stages of Grief and how they affected me.

My channel will help black women over 50 that have entered into the life of widowhood. I will provide research, tips & suggestions that I used while going through the stages of grief. It is my hope & dream that we can form a community of like-minded people with the common bond of widowhood & work together to succeed in our new normal. My goal is to help at least 1 woman to learn to live with some type of happiness and smiles. For them to be able to give themselves some grace, be patient & kind to themselves through the process of grief. I will share my personal 8 years of experience rediscovering myself and how to manage grief to JOY.
