Journalist, editor, moderator, curator – Shoma Chaudhury has been shaping public discourse for decades. She has hosted more than 500 conversations with the world’s most cutting-edge minds.

Her large body of work in defence of a just & plural society earned her the Ernest Hemingway Award for political journalism, and the Chameli Devi Award for best woman journalist for “going where angels fear to tread”. In 2011, Newsweek listed her as one of “150 women who shake the world.” 

Currently, she is founder of Lucid Lines, an intellectual properties company passionate about the power of ideas and conversation. She curates SYNAPSE, a first-of-its-kind science tech society conference, and anchors IGNITION, a pop-up platform exploring keys to different worlds.
