Welcome to “Watts Up Y’all!” Where city slickers go country, and nothing will ever be the same. After years of stick-built homes, we traded drywall dreams for a double-wide on 17 acres of wild, rugged land. Now it’s DIY or die—renovations, gardening, canning, and figuring out which end of a hammer is which. On top of that, my husband had a stroke (so sometimes the house fixes us more than we fix it). And did I mention the bears? Yep, they didn’t read the deed but think they own the place. Pull up a chair, grab some sweet tea, and join us on our not-so-smooth, often hilarious adventure in mountain living at the one and only Hallelujah Holler!
