There was a time when my life was in a very dark place. Everything was spiraling out of control. Unpleasant thoughts plagued me constantly. I was alone. Helpless. Hopeless. Worthless. Unwanted and unloved.

Then one day I happened to turn on the radio and right at that moment I heard "I only see myself reflected in your eyes. So I that I believe I am, essentially are lies". As the song played on, I felt like someone else understood the pain I was going through. That in some way, I wasn't alone. That day I went out and bought 'Wither, Blister, Bun and Peel' and listened to it over and over and over. It helped me. The pain, the weight, the sadness... all seemed a little less unbearable.

it may sound corny, but to this day, I believe Stabbing Westward's music saved my life.
