I am Nina and a Swede.

I used to be on a weight loss journey and that is what this channel was built for. Then I met some amazing people and realized that I can't spend the rest of my life counting calories and chasing numbers on the scale. Losing out on so much in life because I can't accept who I am!

This is me, I am plus size, I am almost 50, I am not that pretty, slim young woman any more. BUT that does not mean that I should stop living! I have a whole lot of life to go I hope and I want to have fun!
