Immune Epitope Database

The Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (IEDB) serves the scientific community as an online, freely available, one-stop resource to advance immunology research. The Database allows easy searching of all published experimental data characterizing antibody and T cell epitopes related to infectious disease, allergy, autoimmunity, and transplantation as studied in humans, non-human primates, and other animal species. The companion Analysis Resource hosts tools that assist in the prediction and analysis of B cell and T cell epitopes.
