Chrissie the Paper — Backstory

Chrissie wasn’t always torn.

They used to be part of something bigger—a bright sheet filled with doodles, notes, and tiny hearts drawn by someone who cared. Every mark meant something. Every line had a memory.

Until one day… they were ripped apart.

It wasn’t meant to happen. Just a small mistake. But that mistake left Chrissie crumpled, separated, and forgotten.

That’s when things started to feel… wrong.

The world around them flickered. Colors faded. Edges of reality bent like paper. And somehow, Chrissie could move. Think. Feel.

Now, they wander through the broken world, quietly collecting scraps—pieces of paper, lost drawings, even words—hoping to piece themselves back together.

They don’t talk much. They don’t trust easily.

But deep down, Chrissie still remembers what it felt like to be whole… to be loved.

And maybe, if they find the right pieces…

They won’t feel so empty anymore.
