I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia in the summer of 2017, since then I've been trying to heal my hernia without surgery.

The helpful information I have come across over the years was difficult to find, so I decided to create this channel to put everything I was learning through research and personal experience into one easy to find location for other hernia sufferers.

I am not a doctor by any means. I have no medical background besides being an EMS first responder. I am not to take the place of your doctor. All I'm doing is sharing what has been helpful to me and what I believe to be true.
