An incredible epilogue after lots of past hassle but going for the dream dropped in my lap ... yet the realities of trying it solo (ok, 2 cats as well) are daunting. Extremely remote for a greenhorn but inspired by the grand success of the prior generations that carved it out mostly without electricity or power tools.
