Hi Guys I am Xander Bellingan also called Xman. My channel is all about the braai and barbecue experience outdoor and indoor cooking whilst having fun.

I want to share some of my food experiences and go on a journey with the few that are interested doing so. I love my pizza oven and would like to share all the different ways of cooking and grilling steak to perfection or making a pizza from start to finish.

We will be making different dishes in the wood fired pizza oven, on the open fire and also cook on a gas grill. Mainly we are going to have fun grilling different steaks and sharing grilling tips and flops of barbecuing. Some videos will be tutorial food making videos and others will be sharing meat cooking and prepping ideas.

Making food has been my passion for a very long time together with my full time job being a helicopter engineer. I am just a normal guy always in the mood to braai / grill a piece of meat and entertain my friends.
